24/7 iSafe Monitoring

Turn on an additional layer of security for your iSafe, by monitoring the device's activity, G-Force levels, and more with iOptix.

Your keys are safe with iOptix

Have you recently dealt with a break in at your business, or a disgruntled employee handling your iSafe?

Activity Monitoring

During business hours, or after-hours, your iSafe is constantly being monitored and recording the data.

Automatic Alerts

Any event that passes your threshold will push a notification to you or your team's email. Slammed drawers, a possible break in, and many more examples.

Peace-Of-Mind

Rest easy knowing when your business is closed, your iSafe is still being monitored for any activity.

Reduce Liability

In addition to your keys being secured in an iSafe, iOptix can help catch a thief in the act, or even an employee.

Accelerometer Activity Report

You set the thresholds, we record the data. Do you have an employee not treating your device properly? Simply set the G-Force threshold and Rotation threshold on your devices. Any event in which an employee exceeds the threshold, it’s recorded on your Accelerometer Activity Report.

Automatic Email Notification

We take it a step further with your events. Any time a user exceeds the threshold, you’re notified via email. For example, if an employee slams a drawer on your iSafe™, exceeding the threshold, you’re notified of the event, with a 4K Image of the employee doing so. Accountability at it’s finest.

After-Hours iSafeWatch

Has your business been broken into this year, or do you know someone who was broken into? iSafeWatch™ keeps tabs on any device activity when your business is closed. Parameters are set between closed hours, at a threshold of no activity. Any activity on your device will trigger and sound an alarm, while also notifying you with pictures. Thieves will think twice before touching your iSafe devices!

Frequently Asked Questions

Need some more answers? We're here to help.

What's the price of an iSafe system?
Dropdown arrow for the FAQ section.

Pricing really depends on how many keys you're needing to control, as well as how many systems you're needing, and more. Contact our team for a quote, we're happy to help.

Where are your systems produced?
Dropdown arrow for the FAQ section.

All iSafe products and software are created in Waconia, Minnesota. We proudly produce, engineer, and support our solution in the United States.

How secure are the iSafe products?
Dropdown arrow for the FAQ section.

Security is at the core of everything we build. The iSafe is engineered for serious protection, with each unit weighing an average of 600 lbs, and every drawer latch is rated to withstand up to 3,500 lbs of pressure.

For an added layer of defense, pair your iSafe with iOptix, our accelerometer-based monitoring system that detects and alerts you to any movement or tampering in real time. With the iSafe Pro 6.0, you can also permanently anchor your unit directly into the floor for added security.

Thousands of customers rely on iSafe systems every day. When it comes to securing your business's assets, we don't cut corners.

How long do your systems last?
Dropdown arrow for the FAQ section.

The iSafe is built to last — and we have systems in the field that are 25+ years old and still fully supported. Because the iSafe runs on AWS, software updates happen automatically in the background, so your system is always running the latest platform without any action on your part. There's no end-of-life event, no forced hardware upgrades, and no moment where your system stops receiving support. The iSafe doesn't have an expiration date.

Are there hidden costs to be aware of down the road?

We give you upfront pricing and any expected prices related to our solution, so you're always informed. We take pride in our products and customer service. This has brought many referrals from happy customers over the 20 years in business.
